Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years sous chef experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • strong culinary and knife skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work nights and weekends including Friday and Saturday
  • ability to lead and develop kitchen staff
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • ability to speak, read, and write English
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience as a sous chef in a fast-paced restaurant
  • culinary school diploma preferred
  • ServSafe certification advantageous
  • strong culinary and knife skills
  • ability to adhere to food safety standards
  • proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus
  • at least 18 years of age
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • lead kitchen teams during shifts
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist in menu development and recipe execution
  • train, mentor, and develop line cooks and kitchen staff
  • manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • collaborate with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
