Job Duties

  • supervise kitchen staff including cooks, prep cooks, salad and dessert production teams
  • manage high volume food production operations
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards such as ServSafe
  • coordinate food preparation schedules and inventory management
  • oversee quality control of all dishes prepared
  • train and mentor culinary team members
  • collaborate with dining services management to plan menus and improve kitchen efficiency
