Job Duties
- Supervise and direct food production staff including cooks and prep cooks
- Oversee salad and dessert production operations
- Manage high volume food production processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and certifications
- Coordinate daily food service activities to meet university requirements
- Maintain quality control and consistency of prepared foods
- Support and train team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
