Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • supervisory experience
  • certification in ServSafe or an equivalent food handler program preferred
  • degree in culinary arts, food service management, hospitality or equivalent preferred
  • experience managing food service staff and operations
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards
  • coordinating prep cooks, salad and dessert production teams
  • contributing to menu planning and quality control
  • training and mentoring culinary staff
  • maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
