Job Requirements

- supervisory experience
- certification in ServSafe or an equivalent food handler program preferred
- degree in culinary arts, food service management, hospitality or equivalent preferred
- experience managing food service staff and operations
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and leadership skills

- coordinating prep cooks, salad and dessert production teams
- contributing to menu planning and quality control
- training and mentoring culinary staff
- maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
