Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menus including daily specials and seasonal offerings
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maintain profitability
  • Ensure all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation before serving
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence making decisions regarding food preparation and staff management
