Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a sous chef or lead cook
  • understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical stamina for prolonged standing
  • residency within state
  • successful completion of required screening process
