Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years of professional kitchen experience
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees
- capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- understanding of safety and hygiene practices
- willingness to work in varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards
- maintain inventory and manage stock levels
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- train, mentor, and support kitchen staff
- contribute to menu development and recipe creation
- monitor kitchen equipment and order supplies as needed
