Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of culinary leadership experience
  • availability to work full-time with flexible AM and PM shifts
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • background in luxury hospitality preferred

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree or equivalent certification
  • minimum one year of culinary leadership experience
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to mentor and train kitchen staff
  • familiarity with luxury hotel culinary operations preferred

Job Duties

  • assist executive chef in culinary team leadership and operations
  • support food preparation and presentation in accordance with quality standards
  • monitor team performance and production flow
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • train, supervise and schedule kitchen staff
  • evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
  • maintain cost controls and manage inventory effectively
