  • Availability to work full-time with flexible AM and PM shifts
  • Background in high-volume kitchen operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Passion for food and creativity in culinary arts

  • Experience in high-volume culinary operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working in luxury hotel environments preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing culinary operations
  • Monitor team performance and product quality
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Train, supervise and schedule kitchen staff
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
  • Manage production flow and productivity
  • Control food costs and inventory
