Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of culinary leadership experience
  • Experience in high-volume food service operations
  • Availability to work full-time including AM and PM shifts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop culinary team
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of culinary leadership experience
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity
  • Experience in high-volume kitchen operations
  • Background in luxury hotel food and beverage preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and train staff
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Assist Executive Chef in overseeing food preparation and cooking activities
  • Monitor team performance, maintain product quality, and manage production flow
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate culinary staff
  • Maintain cost controls and productivity standards
  • Support high-volume kitchen operations
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
