Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of culinary leadership experience
- Experience in high-volume food service operations
- Availability to work full-time including AM and PM shifts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and develop culinary team
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards

Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef in overseeing food preparation and cooking activities
- Monitor team performance, maintain product quality, and manage production flow
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate culinary staff
- Maintain cost controls and productivity standards
- Support high-volume kitchen operations
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
