Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary training
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory kitchen role
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience working in luxury or high-volume food service operations
  • Ability to adhere to Hilton's values and culture

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of culinary leadership experience
  • Experience in high-volume culinary operations
  • Background in luxury hotel culinary environments preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train kitchen staff
  • Passion for creative and high-quality food preparation
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Assist Executive Chef in managing kitchen activities
  • Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards
  • Control kitchen productivity and monitor cost management
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
  • Schedule staff and assist in performance evaluations
  • Monitor production flow and team performance
