Job Duties

  • Assist Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen staff
  • monitor team performance and production flow
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards
  • train, supervise and schedule staff
  • evaluate staff performance
  • maintain quality and productivity standards
  • manage cost controls and forecasting needs
