Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience in supervisory or leadership roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to rotate through different kitchen stations effectively

  • Strong culinary skills with experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Sous Chefs and department leaders by rotating through various kitchens and outlets
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
  • Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff across multiple stations
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the culinary leadership team to create seasonal and innovative menus
  • Uphold the high standards of excellence expected at Chevy Chase Club
