Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to rotate through different kitchen stations effectively

- Strong culinary skills with experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens
- Proven leadership ability and a passion for training and developing staff
- Flexibility to work across multiple culinary outlets
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Support the Executive Sous Chefs and department leaders by rotating through various kitchens and outlets
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
- Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff across multiple stations
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary leadership team to create seasonal and innovative menus
- Uphold the high standards of excellence expected at Chevy Chase Club
