- Previous experience in culinary arts or kitchen environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties
- Train and mentor kitchen team members on best practices from plate presentation to daily prep
- Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef ensuring smooth operations and top-tier food quality
- Ensure every dish meets high standards and is cooked to perfection
- Maintain open communication between team and leadership providing feedback, coaching, and discipline
- Resolve kitchen issues quickly to keep service running flawlessly
- Assist in setting goals and standards to enhance reputation and profitability
- Participate in inventory, team meetings, and maintaining accurate records like roast charts and recipe cards
