- Minimum two years of management or leadership experience
- Minimum five years of restaurant cooking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Train and mentor kitchen team members in best practices
- Lead the kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Ensure quality and consistency of every dish served
- Maintain open communication and collaborate with team and leadership
- Resolve kitchen issues promptly to keep service running smoothly
- Assist in setting goals and standards to improve performance
- Participate in inventory management and record keeping such as roast charts and recipe cards
