Job Requirements

- Minimum of two years fine dining experience
- At least two years management or leadership experience
- A minimum of five years in restaurant cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Train and mentor kitchen team members in best practices
- Lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence ensuring smooth operations and staff direction
- Ensure every dish meets high quality standards and is prepared flawlessly
- Maintain open communication between team and leadership providing feedback and coaching
- Quickly resolve kitchen issues to keep service running smoothly
- Assist in setting goals and standards to enhance reputation and profitability
- Participate in inventory management and maintain kitchen records such as roast charts and recipe cards
