Job Requirements
- Proven culinary expertise with at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to supervise and motivate kitchen staff
- Experience in monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen staff and oversee food preparation
- Assist Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed
- Enforce kitchen safety and hygiene standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Coordinate between front and back of house to maintain smooth service
