Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- culinary degree or formal apprenticeship preferred
- two to three years of multi-ethnic cooking experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to become certified
- appropriate licenses as required
- Level 4 Gaming License
- knowledge of HACCP standards
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform manual tasks
- ability to work in warm, cold, or smoky environments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares and cooks foods of all types either regularly or for special guests or functions
- supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and kitchen workers
- checks quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met
- determines food presentation and creates decorative displays
- administers production schedules and staff requirements
- estimates amounts and costs of supplies such as food and ingredients
- inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to standards
