Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory experience or culinary leadership experience
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and allergen management
  • ability to work monday through friday schedule
  • effective team leadership and mentoring skills
  • proficiency in food cost and labor cost monitoring
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • demonstrated ability to champion and enhance a culture focused on food and workplace safety
  • degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent substantial professional experience
  • minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience within a high-quality food service establishment
  • meaningful passion for exceptional food and genuine hospitality
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • proficient in computer and technical skills including Google Suite
  • experience managing in a union environment is a plus
  • servsafe certification is preferred
