Job Requirements
- Associate degree in culinary or related field
- minimum two years culinary experience
- minimum one year supervisory experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- ability to write reports and procedure manuals
- ability to present information to groups
- strong mathematical computation skills
- ability to interact with guests and resolve conflicts diplomatically
Job Qualifications

- maintain cost control and inventory management practices
- support customer service excellence and resolve guest issues
- assist with administrative duties and attendance tracking
- ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance
- maintain confidentiality in company matters
