Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in culinary or related field
  • minimum two years culinary experience
  • minimum one year supervisory experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • ability to write reports and procedure manuals
  • ability to present information to groups
  • strong mathematical computation skills
  • ability to interact with guests and resolve conflicts diplomatically

Job Qualifications

  • support customer service excellence and resolve guest issues
  • assist with administrative duties and attendance tracking
  • ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance
  • maintain confidentiality in company matters
