Job Requirements
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen preferably hotel or resort setting
- knowledge of culinary techniques and cuisines
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage inventory including ordering and receiving
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on daily planning, staffing, and operations
- complete daily food requisitions and coordinate daily specials
- assist in hiring, training, and coaching kitchen staff
- participate in menu development and recipe creation
- manage inventory including ordering and receiving products
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
