Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- Preferred food service or Culinary Arts degree
- Minimum 2 years supervisory culinary experience
- Minimum 5 years kitchen experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Well-rounded food and administrative skills
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Gaming license required
- ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Evaluates current needs, past experiences, and forecasted business conditions to recommend resource allocation
- Monitors and evaluates food preparation for quality and consistency
- Selects, schedules, directs, supervises, trains, and develops culinary staff
- Creates and determines costs associated with menus and specials
- Develops and maintains recipe cards and specifications for quality control
- Ensures compliance with department and company rules and regulations
- Monitors kitchen sanitation, stock storage, and rotation
- Develops and manages departmental budget
- Maintains food outlet quality and organization
- Oversees food purchases, inventory stock, orders, and receiving
- Organizes outlets for fast and efficient service
- Attends meetings and training sessions
- Manages POS or other inventory systems
- Assists in other casino kitchens as needed
- Maintains clean and organized work areas
- Follows proper cleaning and closing procedures
- Provides outstanding customer and employee service
- Maintains professional appearance
- Performs other assigned duties
