Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant kitchen leadership experience
  • Ability to manage food safety and allergen protocols
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software including Google Suite
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience in a similar volume, high-quality food service setting
  • Demonstrated ability to champion food and workplace safety culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with computer and Google Suite tools
  • Passion for integrating exceptional food, sustainability, and hospitality
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Experience managing in a union environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage workplace and food safety standards including allergen management
  • Execute and refine culinary offerings to enhance dining experience
  • Adhere to menu, production, and preparation guidelines ensuring operational flow
  • Prepare and present balanced meals that fuel and delight users
  • Maintain consistently engaging hospitality across all service interactions
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members promoting continuous learning
  • Assist in sustainable sourcing of ingredients in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine
