Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory culinary experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and kitchen operations
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to promote food and workplace safety culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer and Google Suite tools
  • Passion for exceptional food, sustainability, and hospitality
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Experience managing in a union environment a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage workplace and food safety standards including allergen management
  • Execute and refine culinary offerings to enhance dining experience
  • Adhere to menu, production, and preparation guidelines
  • Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure operational flow
  • Prepare balanced meals that fuel and delight customers
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
  • Assist in sustainable sourcing and procurement
