Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sous chef or in a similar role

- Ability to create innovative and appealing dishes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef with organizing kitchen operations and managing employees
- Assist Executive Chef with budget preparation and cost monitoring
- Create unique dishes and menu items for daily features and special events
- Train and oversee kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Adapt dishes to accommodate guests' dietary restrictions and preferences
