- Several years of experience in culinary or kitchen supervision
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise other employees
- Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit
