Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 3 years experience as a sous chef or similar role
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong organizational and multitasking skills
food handler certification
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a sous chef in a high-volume restaurant
strong leadership and communication skills
knowledge of American and Southern cuisine
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
culinary degree or equivalent experience
proficiency in kitchen management software

Job Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations
assist in menu planning and development
supervise and train kitchen staff
ensure food quality and presentation standards
maintain inventory and order supplies
enforce health and safety regulations
collaborate with management to optimize kitchen efficiency
