Job Requirements
- five years of culinary experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or lead role
- background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, healthcare, military, or similar food service environments
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food trends, production planning, sanitation, safety, and cost controls
- ability to create and distribute production sheets and manage kitchen workflows
- proven leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
- ServSafe or DOH certification preferred
- proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
- associate degree in Culinary Arts preferred

Job Duties
- participate in and support the preparation, cooking, and presentation of daily menu items
- assist in menu planning, recipe development, and new program rollouts in partnership with culinary and marketing teams
- support cost control efforts, including ordering, inventory, waste management, and overall food cost oversight
- maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and compliance
- perform additional duties as needed to support the operation
