Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary or food preparation experience required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to read and understand instructions and recipes

- Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Knowledge of inventory management and food storage procedures
Job Duties
- Understand and respond to all guest and employee needs in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in training staff and monitor scheduling
- Support food and beverage employees to maintain high morale and productivity
- Oversee proper and efficient preparation of all foods for events, employee meals, and special functions ensuring quality and quantity standards
- Follow specifications to prepare and present all food and beverage items including accommodating special guest requests
- Handle product preparation, covering, labeling, dating, and proper storage
- Oversee proper rotation of food items to minimize waste
- Respond to product shortages or excess promptly
- Maintain and promote cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow procedures to open or close the kitchen
- Perform inventory for ordering and assist in month-end inventory process
