Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification from an accredited culinary program or equivalent specialized training
- 1-2 years of prior culinary management experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory ordering systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Experience working in fine dining or high-volume culinary environments
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Commitment to uphold safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Certification from an accredited culinary program or equivalent specialized training
- 1-2 years of prior culinary management experience
- Knowledge of various cuisine preparation and presentation styles
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Familiarity with banquets, catering operations, and food service industry best practices

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations
- Oversee kitchen staff recruitment, hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Prepare and execute special events, banquets, and themed menus
- Collaborate with Front of the House, Catering, and Restaurant Management teams
- Participate in administrative functions including scheduling and payroll
- Develop menu items for restaurants, banquets, catering, and commissary operations
- Ensure accuracy in product ordering, forecasting, and inventory management
- Maintain food safety standards and conduct safety training
- Monitor kitchen equipment functionality and maintenance
- Partner with Executive Chef to forecast labor and food costs
- Implement sustainable and conservation-minded culinary practices
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- Maintain high sanitation and safe working conditions
- Research new products to support sustainability efforts
