Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years related kitchen experience
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit or Manager's Food Handler’s Certificate
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • valid photo ID

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate Degree in culinary arts preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in high volume kitchen operations
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit or Manager's Certificate
  • proficiency in cooking methods and equipment
  • knowledge of banquet and catering operations
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • experience with Microsoft Outlook

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise food production activities daily
  • monitor quality and safety standards
  • assist with hiring, scheduling, and training staff
  • maintain sanitary and safe kitchen environments
  • participate in special projects as assigned
  • cover rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
  • represent kitchen management in absence of executive chef
