Job Requirements
- valid photo ID
- valid Oklahoma food handler's permit or managers food handler's certificate
- availability for full-time day shifts
- ability to work weekends and holidays on rotation
- strong organizational and time management skills
- adherence to healthcare and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- associate degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience in high volume kitchen
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- extensive knowledge of cooking methods and equipment
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Job Duties
- coordinate, plan, participate, and supervise food production
- ensure safe and sanitary work environment
- participate in interviewing and scheduling
- assist with training and development
