Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years’ experience in upscale restaurant management
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
- Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking established recipes and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements and efficiency
- Ensure profitability and compliance with company procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness to exceed white glove standards
- Manage flexible scheduling and adapt to fast-paced environment
- Oversee food safety practices and proper handling
