Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years’ experience in upscale restaurant management
  • Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
  • Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking established recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements and efficiency
  • Ensure profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness to exceed white glove standards
  • Manage flexible scheduling and adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Oversee food safety practices and proper handling
