Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Valid food handler’s card where required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

  • At least 2 years of experience in full service, upscale restaurant management
  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes while preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization to always pass the white glove test
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
  • Manage inventory and order supplies efficiently
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to enhance overall guest experience
