Job Duties

  • complete a comprehensive manager in training program covering kitchen operations
  • lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes
  • prepare weekly specials
  • train, motivate and develop kitchen staff
  • focus on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the kitchen
  • ensure the kitchen passes the white glove test
