Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years culinary experience
- At least three years in a supervisory or management role
- Prior steakhouse operational experience
- Basic understanding of profit and loss management
- Familiarity with labor control and inventory management
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain high sanitation standards

- Basic knowledge of profit and loss, labor control, and food/recipe costing
- Preferred experience with sushi
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and inspire a team

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and quality control
- Monitor labor, inventory, and manage supplies to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety practices
- Continuously improve kitchen efficiency, workflow, and overall quality of food and service
- Train, mentor, and motivate culinary team members to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure consistent delivery of extraordinary guest dining experiences
- Collaborate with management to plan menus and innovate offerings
