Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to degree in culinary arts or substantial professional experience, At least 2 years supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume culinary environment, Strong passion for quality food and hospitality, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Computer proficiency including Google Suite, Ability to work morning to afternoon shift, Commitment to workplace safety and food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent substantial professional experience, Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience within a similar volume high-quality food service establishment, Demonstrated ability to champion and enhance a culture focused on food and workplace safety, Meaningful passion for exceptional food and genuine hospitality, Excellent communication skills both written and verbal capable of inspiring and guiding a team, Proficient in computer and technical skills including a working knowledge of Google Suite tools, Experience managing in a union environment is a plus, ServSafe certification preferred
