Job Requirements
- Responsibilities include monitoring quality of all food product and presentation
- Understanding, implementing and monitoring corporate promotions in outlets
- Developing proper training and directing departmental assistants in compliance with company standards of quality, specifications, portion control, recipes, employee relations, sanitation
- Coordinating all par stock levels
- Computing daily food cost
- Coordinating and monitoring all phases of loss prevention in kitchen areas
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisor responsibility is required
- Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
- Must understand health department rules and regulations
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written
- Must communicate with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner
Job Duties
