Job Requirements

  • Responsibilities include monitoring quality of all food product and presentation
  • Understanding, implementing and monitoring corporate promotions in outlets
  • Developing proper training and directing departmental assistants in compliance with company standards of quality, specifications, portion control, recipes, employee relations, sanitation
  • Coordinating all par stock levels
  • Computing daily food cost
  • Coordinating and monitoring all phases of loss prevention in kitchen areas

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisor responsibility is required
  • Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
  • Must understand health department rules and regulations
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written
  • Must communicate with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner

Job Duties
