Job Requirements

  • must be available for pm shifts
  • previous experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a full-service or fine-dining restaurant is a must
  • ability to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
  • remain calm under pressure
  • ability to stand and walk for hours on uneven ground
  • knife skills and fine manipulation while maintaining safety
  • 2+ years of experience training team members in a kitchen setting
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have reliable transportation to work
