Job Requirements
- Available for PM shifts
- Previous experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a full-service or fine-dining restaurant
- Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
- Remain calm under pressure
- Ability to stand and walk for hours on uneven ground
- Knife skills with fine manipulation and safety
- Two or more years of experience training team members
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work

Job Duties

- Act as primary leader in the kitchen during PM shifts
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Manage inventory control and minimize food waste
