Job Requirements

  • Part-time availability of 4-5 shifts per week (Tuesday through Saturday) from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • $18 - $24 per hour, depending on experience
  • experience with hand tossed pizzas
  • strong knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • positive attitude and professionalism

  • Experience with hand tossed pizzas is strongly recommended
  • strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food prep, and cooking techniques
  • desire and ability to make the menu reflect your skills and culinary expertise
  • ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality
  • strong attention to detail and passion for producing high-quality food
  • good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team
  • a positive attitude, professionalism, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced kitchen

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the Chef on daily prep and service
  • ensure food quality and consistency throughout service
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
