Job Requirements
- four plus years of experience in professional food preparation encompassing all phases of food service and kitchen operations
- two plus years of experience in restaurant kitchen supervisory or management position
- two- or four-year degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program preferred
- previous country club work experience preferred
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification preferred
- strong knife skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
