Job Requirements

  • four plus years of experience in professional food preparation encompassing all phases of food service and kitchen operations
  • two plus years of experience in restaurant kitchen supervisory or management position
  • two- or four-year degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program preferred
  • previous country club work experience preferred
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification preferred
  • strong knife skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
