Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in culinary or food service roles
- ability to supervise and lead a team
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- experience in food preparation and cooking
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
- supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling and recommending disciplinary actions
- stores food in designated areas following corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and cleans workstation thoroughly
- keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
- interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to associates and customers
- monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
- tracks product production, consumption and waste
- informs supervisor when supplies or product are low
- performs other duties as assigned
