  • Skilled in using culinary tools and tasting techniques
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to lift, stand, bend, and move as required

Job Duties

  • Responsible for supervision of culinary staff while providing direct support to Chef de Cuisine
  • Utilize hands-on approach to training and developing kitchen staff
  • Ensure refrigeration, equipment, and storage areas are clean and comply with health regulations
  • Visually inspect, select, and use only food items of highest standard
  • Teach associates importance of consistency in preparation, quality, portion control, and presentation
  • Communicate importance of interacting with guests and resolving requests courteously
  • Ensure food is prepped, stocked, and rotated to maintain ample supply
  • Fire all food for service and serve on the line
  • Provide support to wait staff to meet guest needs
  • Maintain clean work area at all times
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
