Job Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Two plus years of culinary leadership experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and inspire culinary teams
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Passion for food and deep understanding of kitchen management practices

Job Duties

  • Drive the success of the kitchen by managing daily operations
  • Mentor, inspire and motivate culinary team members to reach their full potential
  • Ensure consistent high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Support achievement of financial goals through effective kitchen management
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop menu items and operational strategies
