- Two plus years of culinary leadership experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and inspire culinary teams
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Passion for food and deep understanding of kitchen management practices

Job Duties
- Drive the success of the kitchen by managing daily operations
- Mentor, inspire and motivate culinary team members to reach their full potential
- Ensure consistent high standards of food quality and presentation
- Support achievement of financial goals through effective kitchen management
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop menu items and operational strategies
- Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required by the role
