Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume food service environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work Monday through Friday on PM shifts
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • proficiency with computer and kitchen management systems

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
  • demonstrated ability to enhance a culture focused on food and workplace safety
  • degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficient in computer and technical skills including Google Suite
  • passion for exceptional food and hospitality
  • experience managing in a union environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead food and workplace safety including allergen management
  • execute culinary vision with creativity and precision
  • ensure operational flow by adhering to menu, production, and preparation guidelines
  • prepare and present balanced, nourishing meals
  • champion exceptional hospitality across all service interactions
  • develop and mentor kitchen team members
  • support sustainable sourcing aligned with food purchasing standards
