Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
- demonstrated leadership in food and workplace safety
- degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent professional experience
- ServSafe certification preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in computer and technical skills including Google Suite
- passion for exceptional food and hospitality
- experience managing in a union environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead food and workplace safety standards including allergen management
- execute and refine culinary offerings to enhance the dining experience
- maintain operational flow by adhering to menus, production guidelines, and operational checklists
- prepare and present balanced meals to delight guests
- set and uphold expectations for exceptional hospitality
- train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- assist with sustainable sourcing of ingredients and products
