Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead by example- prep, cook, and assemble dishes that meet quality standards
  • support training and development for kitchen team members
  • keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and ready to roll
  • monitor portioning, prep times, and waste to help control costs
  • ensure food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are always met
  • assist with events, functions, and daily execution
  • communicate inventory or maintenance needs to management
  • jump in wherever needed to keep service smooth and guests happy
