Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead by example- prep, cook, and assemble dishes that meet quality standards
- support training and development for kitchen team members
- keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and ready to roll
- monitor portioning, prep times, and waste to help control costs
- ensure food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are always met
- assist with events, functions, and daily execution
- communicate inventory or maintenance needs to management
- jump in wherever needed to keep service smooth and guests happy
