Job Duties

  • Lead by example- prep, cook, and assemble dishes that meet our quality standards
  • Support training and development for kitchen team members
  • Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and ready to roll
  • Monitor portioning, prep times, and waste to help control costs
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are always met
  • Assist with events, functions, and daily execution
  • Communicate inventory or maintenance needs to management
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep service smooth and guests happy
