Job Duties
- Lead by example- prep, cook, and assemble dishes that meet our quality standards
- Support training and development for kitchen team members
- Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and ready to roll
- Monitor portioning, prep times, and waste to help control costs
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are always met
- Assist with events, functions, and daily execution
- Communicate inventory or maintenance needs to management
- Jump in wherever needed to keep service smooth and guests happy
