Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in culinary food service
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Active health card
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to transport items up to 150 lbs
- Ability to communicate in English
- Basic math skills
- Eye-hand coordination
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ability to work under varying environmental conditions
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prep and execute all menu items according to standards and kitchen directives
- Supervise cooks, meal service, production and stewards in absence and assistance of Chefs
- Develop, mentor and motivate line cooks
- Assist Chefs with scheduling, payroll, attendance documentation, inventories and discipline
- Assess and direct required work in any kitchens
- Write and cost menus
- Order food items as directed by Chefs
- Control cost of sales and wage costs
- Document menu changes, temperatures and meetings
- Attend meetings such as Chef meetings, B.E.O meetings and planning meetings
- Work all kitchen stations independently without supervision
- Follow and execute all recipes accurately
- Maintain clean, safe and organized work environment
- Maintain proper fire and ticket times
- Restock dishes and silverware as needed
- Carry out all reasonable management requests
